System of automatic dosing of granular material in grinding-mills
Client:”Bukhtarma Cement Company” JSC
 Procedure description:
Cement rock and calcine are loaded 12 receiving bunkers and enter 4 mills through dosers. Rotary-table feeder with MM440 frequency adjustable drivers are used as feed apparatus. Clay sludge and water are loaded to regulating device and enter the mills through volume flow meters.
Automation system requirements:
- automatic collection and primary processing of information;
- keeping +0,5% measuring accuracy between max. and min. productivity of doser;
- granular material mass accounting;
- applying management algorithms in various modes of doser operating;
- diagnostics and alarming of declination from scheduled parameter values.
Solution and characteristics of automation system:
Automation system for 12 dosers is based on SIMATIC S7-300 controller equipped with two enhancement consoles. Main module possesses CPU317-2DP processor with IM 360 interface module, SIWAREX U weighing modules, discrete signal input/output modules and FM 350-2 speed accounting module. Enhancement consoles are equipped with IM 361 interface modules, discrete and analog signal modules, FM 350-2 speed accounting module and SIWAREX U weighing modules. ДОЗА(Doza)-110 и Доза(Doza) -13 dosers are used as weight measuring devices, manufactured by SINETIC CJSC, Novosibirsk. №2950 certificate of weighers type approval, Republic of Kazakhstan;
In future, automation system is supposed to be integrated with the whole Automatic Process Control System of “BCC” JSC by means of standard interfaces.
